Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Friday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, promotional campaigns, or peak seasons, order processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

We deliver across Pakistan.

  • Punjab: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
  • Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Balochistan, Islamabad, Azad Kashmir & Gilgit-Baltistan: Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any promotional offers such as Free Shipping will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure that the payment is ready at the time of delivery.

Unstitch Store reserves the right to verify or cancel any order that appears suspicious or cannot be confirmed.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
