Return & Refund Policy

At Unstitch Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Have all original tags and packaging intact.
Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the parcel.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first, as such returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

A damaged item
A defective item
The wrong product

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Used or washed products
Products without original tags or packaging
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
Gift cards

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, or damaged item), Unstitch Store will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason (such as change of mind or incorrect size selection), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa, after confirmation of the customer's payment details.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
